Project Description

This project was created in response to growing social polarisation, the erosion of dialogue, and the rise of disinformation and hate speech across Europe. The initiative addresses the urgent need for spaces of respectful, fact-based, and empathetic conversation about some of the most sensitive issues of our time. Partners are the Gallery of Art in Łódź and the Marek Edelman Dialogue Center in Łódź.

Findings

  • The project created space for nuanced, fact-based conversation about the Israeli–Palestinian conflict, avoiding both antisemitic and Islamophobic patterns.
  • It empowered educators and the public to recognise and counter hate speech
  • It helped build resilience against manipulation and prejudice.
