Project Description

This project trained 11 educators to lead sustainable workshops tackling antisemitism. It equipped them with activities and facilitation skills to strengthen their capacity to apply anti-bias strategies. Combining CEJI’s interactive pedagogy, a trainer’s manual, and a guided heritage tour, the program coached participants to deliver follow-up workshops and implement long-term strategies to overcome antisemitism.

Findings

  • Educators from Belgium, France, Poland, and Germany were trained and equipped with anti-bias methods to address antisemitism across multiple social sectors.
  • Participants deepened their understanding of historical and community perspectives through a guided Jewish heritage tour and expert input, which strengthened their capacity to deliver follow-up workshops locally.
  • The training also built a network of trainers within the NOA community of practice to foster sustainable, long-term strategies for lasting impact.
